HOLY ADAM!

So... back to our Adam Lambert constant commentary.... I just... well, I just don't know what to say this time - except that I only wish he held together the vocals enough to have backed up such a forced performance and overall sloppiness.

I think I just wished the whole thing was cleaned up as a performance. The dancers looked like they were anticipating their movements, trying too hard, and waiting for people to drop their jaws. I get that he wants to be scandalous - but I think it would have been better to first get the respect of his fellow musicians at his debut performance before his CD release...nah mean!?

Still Alive!

Last post was May?! wow. So what is there to say?

So S-Dawg says she'll be going to India in February to rekindle her roots. She says she never fits in quite well enough not to be noticed as an American in a foreign land. I think I have a few suggestions but don't know how to put it into words.

it's just a scarf do-rag. Amy Winehouse doesn't look like shes making or eating ANY biscuits. Can I add some fun to our workplace through hair accesorizing - and can I cover up my unwashed tresses without having a racial identity crisis... CAN I!?

"I Can't Get No Satisfaction"

So... let me begin. I think he started off pretty theatrical - which I, of course, don't mind - but I don't know how the viewing public will feel about it. I love that he took the opportunity to show us his range and what he's really capable of - he was also way more daring on this song than the other contestants and totally memorable. I think that will bring him to the next round - the actual competition. I know I will tune in if he's on it!

I think he's such an interesting performer to have on American Idol since he's clearly the best singer - well, I guess that's subjective - but I think we can agree he's got the best, strongest, most capable voice with the biggest range - and yet he's something so different because of his theater background. He's clearly a seasoned performer - confident, calm, commanding, entertaining - I am a fan. But the real question is...
...is America ready for this? ... I am! I could listen to him for days.

So... now that my guy Adam is on this season of American Idol - I propose we now review his every performance - and hopefully track his rise to the top. Are u w/ me milky?

Any way - I just made probably the worst tasting coffee but damn is it kicking me in the arse. 14 ounces on House Blend - 4 ounces of steamed milk and a shot of espresso my god is my stomach going to be pissed off later ...
